1.1 Definitions:

• “Royal Club Card” means the Membership Card issued by Le Royal
Beirut to a person who is a Member of Le Royal's Customer Recognition and
Rewards Program.
• “Royal Club Card Points” are the reward currency earned by using the
Royal Club Card.
• “Level Points” are the status currency earned by using the Royal Club
Card, which determine the level of Membership attained.
• “Awards” are the offers, which can be redeemed using Royal Club Card
Points.
• “Privileges” are the exclusive amenities and services provided to
Members as a benefit of higher level Membership.
• “Retrospective claims” are the claims submitted by Members for
missing transaction details.
• “Redemption” is a form of payment using Royal Club Card Points as a
tender to acquire goods and services defined by the Royal Club Card
Program within the group.

1.2 The Royal Club Card is issued by and remains the property of Le Royal
Beirut.

1.3 Le Royal Beirut reserves the right to decline to issue or withdraw the Royal
Club Card at any time, or to terminate the validity of the Royal Club Card
together with the benefits attached at any time. If in Le Royal Beirut’s reasonable
opinion, the Member has breached any of the Terms and Conditions. The Royal
Club Card must be returned without delay to Le Royal Beirut when requested.
Cancellation of Membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points
credited.

1.4 The Royal Club Card Program has no predetermined termination date and
may continue until such time as Le Royal Beirut decides to terminate the
Program. Members will have six months from the date that the Program
termination is announced to redeem accumulated Royal Club Card Points.

1.5 Le Royal Beirut reserves the right to amend, update or change any aspect
pertaining to the Royal Club Card Program at any time in whole or in part with or
without advising Members.

1.6 Le Royal Beirut is not responsible for Partner withdrawals from the
Program, or Partner Award cancellation, which may affect the Awards offered.

1.7 Royal Club Card will endeavor to advise active Members of matters of
interest, including notification of changes to the Program details of promotions
and other offers. However, Royal Club Card accepts no liability for requests or
correspondence lost or delayed in the liable for and reserves the right to correct
any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, or errors regarding
participating properties and partners.

1.8 When a Member telephones the Royal Club Card Representatives, for
security reasons Le Royal Beirut may request date of birth and/or other
information to verify caller identity.

1.9 The Royal Club Card Call Centre will only enter into communication with
the person authorized to deal with the Member's account. To authorize someone
other than the Member to deal with the account a request must be made in
writing to the Royal Club Card Centre, P.O.Box 70-1010, Beirut, Lebanon or by
Fax: +961 4 555 021 / 031.

1.10 The sale or barter of any Royal Club Card Points, Award Vouchers or other
card benefits is prohibited.

1.11 In the case of the Royal Club Card being lost, stolen or damaged, or when
there is a change of address, the Member must contact the Royal Club Card
Representatives immediately.

1.12 Any correspondence sent to Members, either by post or electronic mail is
based on the information given to Le Royal Beirut. Each Member is responsible
for notifying Le Royal's Royal Club Card Representatives, in writing, of any
address or contact detail changes.

1.13 All interpretations of the Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the
sole discretion of Le Royal Beirut.

1.14 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon and
applicable in Lebanon. In the event of any dispute, the Royal Club Card Member
agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Lebanon.

2.1 To apply for the Royal Club Card, an application form must be completed in
full and either submitted to Head Office. Le Royal Beirut Dbayeh, Leisure Hill
Complex P.O.Box: 70-1010 or online at: www.leroyalbeirut.com or by filling the
information on the leaflet.

2.2 All information required for Membership must be supplied in detail. Le
Royal Beirut may reject any application if mandatory information is not supplied
accurately and in full.

2.3 The temporary Membership Card must be used until a valid and eligible
transaction value of $150 US is registered, after which, a permanent Card and
Membership Pack will be issued within 28 working days.

2.4 The Royal Club Card is not transferable and may only be used by the person whose signature is on the Card. The Royal Club Card can only be used by the
corporate companies for individual bookings, local or international bookings. It cannot be used for travel agents, tour operators, NGO's, events organizers or
groups.

2.5 Each issued Royal Club Card has an exclusive Membership number.

2.6 Royal Club Card Membership is available for individuals, family or friends it is not available for travel agencies or NGO'S. It is available for corporate
companies with individual bookings only; Royal Club Card may refuse
Membership without a given reason. Royal Club Card reserves the right to alter
this provision at any time in the future, without prior notice.

2.7 The decision maker of the companies (Chairman, General Manager etc...)
will inform Royal Club Card who is entitled to benefit from this loyalty program.

2.8 Additional Cards cannot be issued to a person who is already a Member of
the Royal Club Card Program.

2.9 The Royal Club Card will not be issued to a person who is a member of Le
Royal Hotels staff. Relatives of any Le Royal Hotels staff may not present a Royal Club Card when availing of the staff member's discount.

2.10 The Member may terminate Membership by submitting a written notice,signed by the Member, to Le Royal Beirut

3.1 Royal Club Card Points are the reward currency of the Royal Club Card
Program.

3.2 Royal Club Card Points can be earned only by generating room nights at the
Hotel.

3.3 Royal Club Card Points will be awarded on contracted room rates. When a
booking is made via a travel agent NGO's, events organizers, individual or
wholesale/tours operators these packages are not considered eligible. Other noneligible
rates are defined as airline crew rates, travel industry employee rates,
group bookings and reward stays do not qualify for Royal Club Card Points.

3.4 For room stays, the number of Royal Club Card Points awarded will be
based upon the room type booked and paid.

3.5 A member must be staying in the hotel to earn Royal Club Card Points on
room charges.

3.6 Royal Club Card Points are only earned by the member on additional rooms
if: the Member is staying at the hotel at the same time; all rooms are reserved and
arrangements for payment of all rooms are made.

3.7 Royal Club Card Points will not be earned on conference and banqueting functions, service charges, municipality fees paid, taxes, telephone calls, miscellaneous items, visit visas and paid out charges.

3.8 Royal Club Card Points are earned on the net amount excluding government taxes and fees and applicable service charges and after any discount has been applied to the bill.

3.9 Royal Club Card Points cannot be received from any other source of points'
accumulation and redemption than Le Royal Beirut.

3.10 Royal Club Card Points do not have any retail partner.

3.11 Royal Club Card Points will be credited to the Member's Account only after payment in full is made for the transaction earning Royal Club Card Points.

3.12 Bills should be retained as proof of spend until Royal Club Card Points appear on the Members statement. Bills must be presented prior to a retroactive claim being in action.

3.13 Members will receive a regular statement of Royal Club Card Points by mail and/or email for those months in which activity has been registered.

3.14 Le Royal Beirut reserves the right to correct any Royal Club Card Point values or statements at anytime or when the error is realized.

3.15 If the Member wishes to claim any adjustment to the number of Royal Club
Card Points credited or for retrospective Royal Club Card Points, the member must
do so within six months from date of transaction, by sending written details to
Royal Club Card Representatives, with the copy of the bill for which the Member did not receive the correct number of Royal Club Card Points. The member’s card number must be printed on the bill. In case of failure to supply such Points’ credit
for new Members, retrospective credit will be accepted for eligible spending within 45 days prior to Member's actual enrolment date into the Program. Le Royal Beirut reserves the right to decline any retrospective Points requests.

3.16 Royal Club Card Points are awarded at a rate of 1 point per $5 US (or the currency equivalent) on all Le Royal Beirut eligible spend, excluding governmental taxes and fees. Royal Club Card Points awarded based on a currency other than $ US, will be calculated from the quoted currency converted into $US using a published rate of exchange in effect during the quarter in which the transaction is credited. Exchange rates will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
The published rate will be determined at the sole discretion of Le Royal Beirut.
Should actual exchange rates vary by more than 10% from published rates within any quarter Le Royal Beirut will, at its sole discretion, review applicable rates and
make exceptional changes if deemed necessary.

3.17 Royal Club Card Points will be valid for 24 months from the date Points are credited to the Account. Expired Royal Club Card Points will then be cancelled
automatically.

3-18 Royal Club Card Points cannot be transferred to any other Member account.This treatment offers deep facial cleansing with exfoliation of dead skin cells, reduction of blemishes, and a bacteria reducing mask.

Awards are subject to capacity controls which limit the availability of all products
and services offered by Royal Club Card or any of the Program Partners.
Redemption of Awards may also be limited during certain times of the year.

4.1 Royal Club Card Points may only be redeemed by authorized Members for
Awards as specified by Le Royal Beirut.

4.2 In order to qualify for an Award, the Member must have sufficient Points in
their Account to redeem the Award as specified by Le Royal Beirut.

4.3 All Awards are subject to availability throughout the year and must be used
within six months from the date the voucher has been issued. We reserve the right to decline the redemption at anytime.

4.4 The Member must make a reservation before he can use his Awards, stating
that the reservation is for Redemption.

4.5 To claim an Award, Members must contact the Royal Club Card
Representatives by email, telephone, fax, and letter or via the website. During
busy times, Le Royal Beirut recommends all Redemptions be made at least 14 days in advance, in order to avoid disappointment. All Partner vouchers and retail items will be delivered to the Member within 28 working days.

4.6 Le Royal Beirut reserves the right to decline any Redemption if the
Redemption procedure is not adhered to.

4.7 Awards will not be replaced, reissued or credited if lost, stolen, expired or otherwise destroyed.

4.8 Royal Club Card Points and Awards are not exchangeable for cash and no change for outstanding amounts will be given. Royal Club Card Points can only be used in exchange for Awards.

4.9 Awards cannot be issued on Royal Club Card Points earned and cannot be
redeemed when a Member visits any other Le Royal hotels.

4.10 Award Vouchers expire after six months once issued. Once expired,
Vouchers will not be reissued nor will Royal Club Card Points be re-credited to
Member's Account.

4.11 Award Vouchers may be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance of your stay.
Royal Club Card Service Centre must be informed of any cancellations. Royal
Club Card Points will then be re-credited to the Member's Account. If Voucher is
not cancelled, Royal Club Card Points will not be re-credited.

4.12 The number of Royal Club Card Points required for room redemptions will
vary depending on time of the year. There are three redemption categories - offpeak,
peak and super peak. The dates for each category may be obtained by contacting the Royal Club Card Representatives.

4.13 There are no room redemption black-out dates. Redemptions will be possible every day of the year where the Royal Club Card Room Redemption
Allocation has not been exceeded at the requested hotel.

4.14 All redemption bookings must be made through our reservation center only.

4.15 Awards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or
promotions.

4.16 All Partner Redemption Awards are subject to the individual Partner

5.1 A Membership term is 12 months for Silver and Gold Members.

5.2 Silver and Gold Membership will be reviewed (considered 'Renewal') one year after the date of qualifying for that Level. At Renewal, a Member's account will be assessed and depending on the number of Level Points earned, the relevant Membership Card of the Level qualified for will be issued. The renewed Membership Card will be dispatched to Members and may take up to 28 working
days for delivery.

5.3 Silver and Gold Royal Club Cards are valid for 13 months, which allows for 12 months of Membership plus one additional month for card delivery. Blue Royal Club Cards remain valid as long as the member remains active in the Royal Club Card program, and will only be reissued upon request.

5.4 If no spend is registered on the Royal Club Card throughout a 24 month period the Member's Account will lapse and only be reactivated upon a new spend being registered on the Membership Account.

5.5 Lapsed Members will be deemed inactive and will be unable to access any

7.1 Level Points are the status currency of the Royal Club Card Program and
are used to calculate eligibility for the Blue, Silver and Gold level Membership.

7.2 Level Points are only awarded to Members for eligible non-promotional
spend, tracked within Le Royal Beirut. One Level Point will be earned for every
$5US of eligible net spend.

7.3 Level Points are not earned on spend with Royal Club Card Partners.

7.4 Level Points are non-transferable and do not expire. However, Level Points
will be set to zero in cases of Membership upgrade and downgrade.

7.5 If the required number of Level Points has not been earned during the
relevant membership term, the Member will be downgraded by one Level .

8 Level Upgrades, Renewals and Downgrades

8.1 Membership for each Card type is based
upon the required number of
Level Points being achieved within a
12-month Membership term for Le Royal
Loyalty Silver and Le Royal Loyalty Gold.

8.2 If the required number of Level Points is not
achieved within a
Membership term, Members will be downgraded.

8.3 Members may be upgraded by two level
categories, but downgraded by only
one level category in a Membership term.

8.4 At the end of each Membership term.
Members are allocated a level for the
following Membership period. A new Membership
Card will be dispatched to
Members and may take up to 28 days for delivery.
At the time of renewal, the
relevant number of Level Points will be deducted
from the Member's account i.e.
Blue - 30 Points. Silver - 2,499 Points and
Gold -4,999 Points.

8.5 The Level Points' Account for each Member
will be reset to a zero balance upon Membership,

where complimentary breakfast is a benefit to the Member, the value of the

entitled to invite 2 persons per stay enabling an access for both Silver and Gold

fitness machines. The Royal SPA opening hours are from 6:30 am until 10:30 pm
from Monday to Friday; and from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Children under 18 years old are not allowed to enter the Royal SPA and Members
shall not be permitted to be accompanied by their children

Gold Members will receive an automatic next-category room upgrade at time of
check-in, subject to availability and rate. The room upgrade is applicable only

room upgrade cannot be transferred to a third party.

For Gold Members, a 10% discount will apply to food & beverage only and will
be deducted before final payment is made at the restaurant. Members must state
upon entering the restaurant and/or making a reservation that they are a Gold
Loyalty Program Member. Discounts on dining will be given only at the relevant
restaurant and not upon check-out at the hotel's reception. This amenity is valid
for a maximum of 15 people when the Member is present. Any gratuities will be
at the discretion of the Member. This discount may not be used in conjunction
with any other offer or promotion. One 10% discount will apply per party and
may only be availed of when the bill is settled with one payment. Where multiple
payments are requested, the 10% food discount will only be applied to the
member's meal. This benefit is valid for all meal periods, and applicable on the
total bill paid by the member (irrespective of whether the member has personally
availed of a complimentary meal, such as breakfast) except in instances of special
occasion dining, in which cases regular Loyalty Program benefits are not
